Thanks for being here. I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I help people feel good in all aspects of life by addressing root causes.
Zeze Health is a personalized integrative nutrition and lifestyle practice. Through virtual one-on-one wellness counseling, Alex helps clients uncover the root causes of imbalances and create sustainable, personalized health plans.
After struggling with anxiety, metabolic shifts, and lifestyle burnout in her mid-20s, Alex discovered the power of holistic healing. Guided by an Ayurvedic doctor, she transformed her health by addressing nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and environmental factors—an approach she now shares with clients.
