Your journey begins with an in-depth initial consultation, where Alex takes the time to understand your unique goals, health concerns, and any other relevant details. Based on this, a customized nutrition plan will be created specifically for you.
After your first session, you’ll have the option to schedule follow-up meetings. These check-ins provide an opportunity to assess your progress, address any challenges, and make adjustments to your plan to ensure you stay on track toward your health goals.
